Contracts
Rental contracts with the possibility of your design and ajdustments in MS Word.
MS Word template
You can prepare and edit your own contract document template in MS Word and simply upload it to the application as a docx file.
Custom text and design
The custom template allows you to completely customise the wording of the terms and conditions and the visual design to suit your style. You can use your own logo, images, tables, fonts and colours … as you are used to in MS Word.
Wildcards
In the template, you add wildcards in the necessary places, which are then replaced by the data from the contract. For example, <%ADDRESS%> to add the address to the customer, or <%I-NAME%> and <%I-PRICE%> to add the name and price of the item to be rented.
Printing the contract
You can always preview the contract in PDF format and make further adjustments if necessary before you sign and print it. All concluded contracts are then saved in the application in PDF format (Adobe Acrobat Reader).
Customer’s contracts
For each customer, you can see an overview of all their contracts with data on the number of unreturned items.
Price list
Management of rental prices, wear prices and prices in case of loss and theft.
Rental prices
You set the rental prices of individual items according to the time period, e.g. hour, day, etc.
Taxes
You can create tax rates for different states according to the applicable legislative conditions. You can then work with prices without tax or with tax as needed.
Price of loss or destruction
The next price you set is the value of the item when it is lost and destroyed.
Wear and tear prices
You can define the unit of wear (e.g. mm, piece, etc.) and set prices for the items.
Currency
You set the symbol or currency code you want to display in your contracts.
Deposit
You can add the deposit amount to each item individually when creating the contract.
Prices in the contract
In the contract template, you can add any prices with or without tax in the necessary places. Prices are automatically added for each document.

Management of rental items with the possibility of bulk import.
Item status
You can monitor the current status of each item, which can be changed. The application offers five basic options: Purchased, Available, Borrowed, Out of order, Discarded. Once an item is added to a contract its status automatically changes to “Borrowed”.
Group products
A group product can be rented repeatedly without store record.
Items searching
Quickly searching for items by any part of the name or code.
Evidence of expenses
For each item you can add an expense with any note, e.g. service cost, purchase price, etc.

Overview of cash flow and profitability.
Data import
Rental 10 supports bulk data import from csv file.
Customers
Customer database with contact details and an overview with rents.
Natural and legal persons
You set rental prices for items for a period of time, e.g. an hour, a day, etc.

Rental 10 allows you to view the individual contracts that have been concluded with the customer.

Ability to track the history of individual customer data modifications.
Reservations
Management of store item reservations with contraft prefill function.
Reservation status
A reservation goes through different states during its life cycle. These states are Active, Int the contract, Expired, Cancelled. The status is determined automatically based on the individual reservation paratmeters.
Reservation cancellation
A reservation can be cancelled at any time. The record of the cancelled reservation remains available in the application.
Pre-filling a contract
Based on an active reservation, it is possible to pre-fill a contract. The contract can be completed with additional store items, etc. If such a contract is completed, the reservation goes from “Active” to “In the contract” state.
